800PIZZA has announced a new franchise deal, signing a single unit agreement with FIA Holdings Limited, which will be responsible for developing and operating the newest 800PIZZA outlet.
Located within the rapidly growing Al Qudra area, The Sustainable City, this will mark the brand’s 13th outlet across the UAE in just 11 years. The newest outlet serves to further grow the brand’s presence in the region, and achieve its goal of having 15 outlets in operation by 2020.
“It is a testament to the strength of the 800PIZZA name. It is evident that the current market conditions are challenging to any business, but we’re still going strong, and growing. Now, thanks to this new agreement with FIA Holdings Limited, we’ll be bringing the authentic taste of Italy to a new area of Dubai,” says Alessandro D’Ubaldo, founder, 800PIZZA.
D’Ubaldo says that the key to a successful operation is to source strategic locations with a promising customer base, and that the business’ franchising programme has been tailored to meet today’s conditions and demands. “Considering the high profile of the brand, the franchising fees and running costs are reasonable, with extensive operational and marketing support included. These days it’s also possible to find great locations at a better cost,” he explains.
