The popular Italian fine dining restaurant Cipriani, at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, has reopened for business after completing a major refurbishment project.
Cipriani-Yas Island’s refurbishment project was in line with the Yas Marina expansion project and the restaurant once again opened its doors to guests in October 2013. The concept has also added Japanese cuisine to its repertoire through a sushi bar, Yotto, in the lounge area.
With the service philosophy of ‘to serve others as you would want to be served yourself’, Cipriani-Yas Island — which has 90% of its culinary and service team of Italian decent — claims to bring Italian hospitality to the tailor-made singular experiences of its guests.
“We are tremendously lucky to have had the opportunity to witness and remain a crucial part of Yas Island’s growth over the past four years. In line with this growth, we have revamped the restaurant and lounge accenting the simple elegance that the Cipriani brand is renowned for, while continually bringing a touch of Italian hospitality to the Middle East,” says Marco Boito, general manager.
Serving simple food prepared to perfection, the a la carte menu takes diners on a culinary journey through diverse Italy. It features signature dishes from Harry’s Bar and Italian classic favourites including the oven-baked homemade tagliolini with bresaola or the tender grilled wagyu rib-eye steak served with braised chicory.
