Interstore | Schweitzer gives a facelift to supermarket chain Super Vero Belgrade

Super Vero Belgrade – part of the Greek retail group Veropoulos, which operates 18 supermarkets and hypermarkets across Greece, Serbia and Macedonia – recently got a state-of-the-art facelift, facilitated by retail design firm Interstore | Schweitzer.

The supermarket spanning 32,290 sqft now sports a new look and feel, thereby drawing consumer attention to its fresh range of products. After three months of extensive renovation work, the supermarket now offers a whole new shopping experience.

The new identity emphasises the focus on the fresh departments at Super Vero, using bright colours and signage that directs customers clearly through the store’s logical layout. Customers can enjoy appealing displays of local, Greek and international products, covering everything from everyday items to more ambitious culinary creations.

At Super Vero Belgrade, the fresh departments are displayed as focal points, drawing the customer’s eye and creating a modern marketplace feel. Viewing windows offer a peek behind the scenes of the bakery and butcher’s counter, giving customers an insight into how the products are prepared on-site, adding to the authentic atmosphere.

A street of end-cap displays in bright colours draw attention to the current special offers. The in-store communications are designed to be clear, logical and striking. The spotlight is placed on the products themselves, which are presented with large, eye-catching images and engaging text.

Further, an approximately 2,585 sqft bistro flooded with natural light and with a large outdoor seating area adds the perfect finishing touch to Super Vero Belgrade.
