First Abercrombie & Fitch, abercrombie kids stores to open in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi based shopping destination The Galleria Al Maryah Island has announced the opening of the first Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids stores in spring this year. The stores will carry apparel, outerwear and fragrance for men and women, and comfortable yet durable made-to-play favourites for children, respectively. Both the American fashion and lifestyle brands are part of Majid Al Futtaim Fashion.

“We believe stores matter, and as we continue to expand globally, we are excited to bring the first Abercrombie & Fitch and abercrombie kids brand experiences to our customers in Abu Dhabi,” said Kristin Scott, president, Global Brands at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. “These new stores provide an opportunity to further connect with our customers in this region.”

Among other first-to-Abu Dhabi stores in The Galleria’s expansion include fashion brand Missguided and sports brand Decathlon – both part of AZADEA Group in the region; Kinokuniya bookstore; Al-Othaim Group flagship concept Xtreme Zone; Majid Al Futtaim Cinema’s 21-screen VOX Cinemas; as well as urban rooftop parks and an exciting line-up of community and seasonal events and world-class entertainment for all ages.
