UAE-based supermarket chain Choithrams has opened a new store in Downtown Dubai at The Loft Tower, spanning 3,500 sqft and located opposite the Dubai Opera.

At the inauguration ceremony, Kishore Pagarani, director, Choithrams, stated, “We are proud to open our store at The Loft Tower, Downtown Dubai. We are deeply touched by our customer’s confidence in us and are committed to delivering our brand promise, full of goodness, to every resident and citizen of the UAE. We are delighted to be in this community and to cater to the diverse tastes and choices of the population residing and working here.”

The new supermarket offers a wide selection of imported & local fruits & vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, food-to-go, bakery and other essential products. The store also offers specialty and organic range across categories as well as flowers, gifting items and a novelty range. There is a grab-and-go range of fresh salads, sandwiches, lunch/dinner options and daily baked goods.

Aligned with its multichannel strategy to serve consumers, the new Choithrams store offers free and swift home delivery in the neighbourhood and surrounding areas for orders placed via telephone, while also fulfilling orders placed online via Choithrams.com.

“We have seen our online business soar during the last three months. And as always, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the convenience they seek, which is a mix of the experience of physical stores and online accessibility. Our new store at The Loft Tower offers a unique mix of products and other supermarket products that is specially selected to cater to the tastes and needs of this area. The Choithrams network of stores is renowned for delivering our guarantee of customer delight by providing the best selection, price and service. And the success of our brand is due to the tireless sacrifice, hard work and efficiency of all our employees, both at the frontline of our customer-facing departments and at the backend of sourcing and operations of the supermarket. We are sure that the new Choithrams store at The Loft Tower will be the most preferred store by the customers of this area,” added Rajiv Warrier, CEO, Choithrams.
