First Middle East app to offer products and services on the same platform

December 24, 2020 | By

Abu-Dhabi based Rizek, the first app for on-demand home services in the region, will now combine products and services on one platform.

The cleaning products currently available on Rizek include day-to-day cleaning items of popular brands in the FMCG industry, like Dettol. The products are being offered in collaboration with IFFCOO UAE . The app will soon see an addition of product lines, starting with pharmaceutical products in addition to cleaning, beauty, and lifestyle.

“Rizek is committed to innovation and to providing pioneering solutions to serve the region. The latest addition to our offering allows a great deal of flexibility to our customers who want to use products of certain brands for the specific services they need. With this, our customers will have access to both the services and the products on the same platform, eliminating the need to jump between platforms, thereby saving time and effort”, said, Abdallah Abu Sheikh, the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rizek.

As the demand of cleaning services and products is on rise, due to the ongoing pandemic with consumers prioritising hygiene and cleanliness more than ever, Rizek has started the service with cleaning products on the app, which one can opt for and combine with the cleaning services – all on the same platform. This first-of-its-kind combination alleviates the need for customers to visit supermarkets or utilize any other app to buy products separately, thereby reminding consumers of Rizek’s customer-convenience and customer-centric approach.

The digital platform offers consumers instant access to a wide range of local service providers giving consumers the confidence of booking with the companies and professional across a range of sectors.
