New multi-sensory dining concept launches in Dubai

Amber Hall, Dubai’s latest experiential dining and live show concept, has announced its official opening. The amber-themed concept was developed by the renowned hospitality establishment, Vii Dubai, which runs a number of popular social nightlife hotspots from the floral-sheltered Secret Garden to the mystical Red Room concept. The home-grown unique concept, aims to bring an immersive dinner show experience infused with enthralling cultural performances in a magical setting to the heart of Dubai.

Located at the iconic Conrad Dubai overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road, Amber Hall will offer guests an opulent and engaging atmosphere with live performances, and tantalizing international cuisine which will entice the connoisseurs of the city. Amber Hall boasts an extravagant centre stage that is set to host a line-up of fascinating artistic performances guaranteed to elevate guests’ senses every night. The live shows at Amber Hall will include a rich variety of classical and modern acts ranging from contemporary dancers, violin, cello and saxophone players to pop and opera singers, amongst many other extraordinary live acts. The amber-inspired venue reflects an intimate and welcoming feel, with classy and modern interior design featuring hints of a vintage, old broadway theatre mirrored through its cascading centre ballroom signage, smart lighting system hanging from its majestic ceiling and unique geometric lines illuminated across the walls. The chic dining tables perfectly overlook the live center stage and ambiently lit ‘grape station’ positioned across the back corner of Amber Hall, for guests to have the ultimate nightlife experience.

Amber Hall’s exclusive menu is curated by a renowned international chef serving ostentatious starters, raw bar dishes, fresh salads, sensual main courses, delectable desserts, and a dedicated selection of fine grapes. For starters, guests can nibble on the rich taste of the Rock ‘in Roller Beef Carpaccio, which consists of soft wagyu beef tenderloin, rocket leaves, truffle cream and tangy pickled capers, presented beautifully on the plate. One of Amber Hall’s impeccable main courses is the sizzling grilled baby piri citrus marinated chicken leg, served with honey mustard gem salad atop a house-made habanero pepper puree, which will inspire the inner gastronome in each diner. Dessert-lovers can indulge in the restaurant’s guilt and gluten-free Yuzu Kaffir Lime Cheesecake Mess, baked with butter ginger biscuit and topped with a passion fruit sorbet.

The home-grown unique brand, Amber Hall, developed by Vii Dubai is located at Conrad Dubai at a prominent and lively nightlife hotspot alongside Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, which will be open to the public daily from 7pm to 3am.
