Miroslav Kafedzhiev is the Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions (SPS) High-Growth Regions, Intelligent Life Care, Global Tracking and Search & Rescue businesses.
As Honeywell SPS MERTA VP & GM, Miroslav leads SPS’ growth strategies across MERTA, focusing on delivering double-digit growth across the region. As part of his role, Miroslav is responsible for creating a One Honeywell mindset and approach, delivering additional value to Honeywell’s customers and stakeholders through the Company’s comprehensive portfolio of software, hardware and services that serves myriad key vertical sectors.
Miroslav also oversees the development and retention of top talent across the region, supporting a Honeywell-wide focus on furthering inclusion and diversity across
teams, and conducting business with a relentless commitment to integrity and compliance. Miroslav joined Honeywell full-time in August 2006, having previously participated in series of Honeywell internships since 2002. He has held a variety of senior roles in finance and business management at Honeywell, including Automation and Control Solutions (ACS) Eastern European Controller, ACS Germany & Eastern European Controller, ACS Russia Chief Operating Officer, ACS
Russia/CU Vice President & General Manager, and most recently High Growth Region President Russia and Customs Union.
Miroslav is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and has completed a series of leadership trainings spanning Honeywell Transitions Process, Leadership and Finance. Miroslav graduated from GISMA – Purdue University’s branch in Hanover, Germany, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2006. He also has degrees in Business Administration from Reutlingen University, European School of Business, Reutlingen, Germany and Cyprus College, Nicosia, Cyprus.
In his spare time Miroslav is a DIY welder, carpenter, gardener, electrician, PC and auto mechanic. He is married with three daughters.

Ashish Panjabi is the COO of Jacky’s Business Solutions. Panjabi also runs Jacky’s Retail LLC, which operates Samsung Brand Shops across the UAE and is a partner in Cutting Edge Solutions FZE. He is a board member and president-elect for the UAE Chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur), where the focus is on fostering entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking, education, funding and incubation. He is also involved in various mentorship activities, as a Tech Mentor at in5 Tech and at Techstars, which is a seed accelerator. Panjabi is also a board member of the Dubai Computer Group, which represents the interests of the computer industry in Dubai and is formed under the auspices of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is currently a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) MENA One Chapter as well as a member of the Advisory Board for RetailME and MRF.
