Union Coop’s community mall Nad Al Hamar is now open

Inauguration of Union Coop’s community mall Nad Al Hamar

Located in Dubai’s Nadd Al Hamar area Union Coop’s community mall Nad Al Hamar is now open. Spread across a built-up area of 169,007 sqft the community mall comprises a hypermarket and 43 shops and is currently operating at 100% occupancy. With this opening the number of Union Coop branches has reached 24 across Dubai.

The new mall was inaugurated by the chairman of the board of directors of Union Coop, Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi; board of directors and the CEO of Union Coop, Khalid Humaid Bin Diban Al Falasi, in the presence of division and departments’ directors and employees of Union Coop, as well as officials, suppliers and shoppers.

Al Shamsi affirmed that the opening of the new mall comes in light of the development witnessed by the retail sector in the country, and it keeps pace with the rapid recovery of the local economy, which requires meeting the desires and requirements of consumers of all categories.

Adding further Al Falasi said that the new mall took into account the application of the best engineering standards and international architectural designs to offer consumers a comfortable, seamless and unique shopping experience. The CEO also indicated that Union Coop plans to open new branches, commercial centres and malls for the benefit of shareholders and customers.
