Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties’ shopping malls – Yas Mall, The Mall at World Trade Center Abu Dhabi (The Mall at WTCAD) and Al Jimi Mall Al Ain – have announced the second annual 24-Hour Mega Sale during Eid.

To be held over the Eid Al Fitr weekend, the three malls will offer discounts of up to 90% at select stores, amazing giveaways including a Tesla Model-X car and 3 million Etihad Guest Miles, in addition to thrilling entertainment for visitors of all ages. For the best Eid Al Fitr celebrations in the UAE, the malls will be open continuously for 24 hours, bringing the perfect mix of spectacular sales and amazing hourly prizes for all in the family.

The 24 Hour Mega Sale will begin on June 15 at 10am and the three malls will be open throughout the entire weekend giving visitors the chance to take advantage of discounts of up to 90% across 400 fashion, jewellery and accessories, electronics, home furniture and sporting equipment brands. Adding an extra level of excitement, all three malls will launch Spend & Win competitions as well as announcing incredible prizes every hour throughout the Eid Festival.

For those looking for a quick break from shopping can catch a selfie with social media superstar MoVlogs at Yas Mall or Arab comedian BinBaz at The Mall at WTCAD. Both celebrities will be at the malls to meet and greet fans and will be sharing pictures of the 24-Hour Eid Al Fitr Sale online.

“Aldar Properties continues to seek innovative ways to excite visitors and enhance the overall shopping experience. We are pleased to build on the success of Yas Mall’s inaugural 24 hour event last year which brought over 250,000 shoppers in one day, by adding in more malls to join in the fun – including the Mall at WTC, Abu Dhabi and Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain. Together, all three malls have included more discounts, added more incredible prizes and entertainment, and taken steps to offer the most seamless shopping experience for our customers,” says Saoud Khoory, general manager of Yas Mall.

“We are also proud to partner with The Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi’s Eid Festival, which seeks to attract more tourists to the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We look forward to welcoming guests from all over the region to our malls in Abu Dhabi to take advantage of the best brands and entertainment for our joint 24-Hour Mega Sale,” he adds.
