Alshaya Group Brands Join Trendyol in the GCC

Trendyol, the global e-commerce powerhouse, has strengthened its presence in the Gulf by onboarding key brands from the Alshaya Group. Shoppers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE can now access American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, and H&M directly on Trendyol’s GCC platform, and more brands and markets will follow.

This expansion builds on the companies’ existing collaboration in Türkiye, where Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret have been available for years. The partnership extended to Saudi Arabia last November, and more recently, H&M and American Eagle debuted on Trendyol in the UAE, with Bath & Body Works to follow soon.

Mohamad ElAnsari, CEO, Trendyol Gulf, emphasised the strategic importance of the move, stating, “We are incredibly excited to partner with Alshaya and onboard a selection of Alshaya’s best-loved brands, which will undoubtedly add to the appealing product mix we offer to Gulf shoppers.”

Trendyol, which entered the GCC market a year ago, has rapidly gained traction, amassing over four million customers and hosting 80,000 sellers. With peak order volumes exceeding one million per month—80% of which originate from Saudi Arabia—the platform is solidifying its foothold in the region’s competitive e-commerce landscape.

Rob Silsbury, Vice President of Marketing & Online, Alshaya Group, highlighted the customer-centric approach behind the collaboration, noting, “Our customers are at the heart of our strategy, and a vital part of this is growing the choices we bring to them—we know that many of them use Trendyol as well as visiting our stores.”

The extended agreement will bring the latest collections from these brands to Trendyol, reinforcing its position as a go-to destination for fashion and lifestyle shoppers in the Gulf.
