British leather goods brand Aspinal of London, part of the Abu Dhabi-based Liwa Trading Enterprises, is all set to launch a permanent store in The Dubai Mall on July 10.

Situated on the ground floor of the Fashion Avenue, the store opening is preceded by a pop-up since May 21 housed within an innovative, giant walk-in trunk design, based on the brand’s popular line of bags inspired by travel. The pop-up is selling a series of exclusive, specially developed trunk bags.

The brand will officially launch its fifth store in the Middle East with The Dubai Mall opening. Spanning 1,200 sqft, the new store will feature two walls of floating shelves showcasing the brand’s trunk and hatbox collections, plus a “library” room at the back of the store which will contain a personalisation machine, circular cash desk with bar stools, elegant chandeliers and frieze mouldings. Alongside Aspinal of London’s latest and classic ranges, the store will also carry an exclusive range of water snake Trunks.

The new opening marks the start of a renewed period of development for the brand in the Middle East with a further five planned store launches across the Middle East between 2019 and 2021. The brand also currently operates three standalone stores, located at Avenues Mall Kuwait, Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi and Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, plus a concession within Robinsons department store in Dubai Festival City Mall.
