Atelier House Hospitality to offer Egyptian cuisine in partnership with KHOFO

Atelier House Hospitality is all set to bring a taste of Egypt to the UAE in partnership with KHOFO, a new home-grown restaurant concept that will be based in Marsa Al Seef, Dubai Creek.

“In Dubai’s saturated and highly competitive F&B market, it is essential to offer customers exciting, differentiated concepts that stand out as more than just dining venues. This is exactly what we aim to achieve at KHOFO, which will transport guests to ancient Egypt with its unique interiors, and allow them to dine like pharaohs with a menu that is inspired by wholesome Egyptian flavours and ingredients. As the F&B market continues to mature and diversify, we are pleased to be promoting home-grown concepts like KHOFO, and look forward to welcoming guests for a memorable experience,” says Ahmass Fakahany, CEO of Atelier House Hospitality and its parent company Altamarea Group.

Spread across 80,730 sqft, KHOFO features majestic columns, hieroglyphic murals and Egyptian architectural cues throughout, conjuring up the lavish palace of Khufu, who ruled Egypt during the Fourth Dynasty. At the restaurant, guests will find that ancient Egyptian design has been reimagined for a contemporary international audience, with sleek surfaces, stylish furniture and plenty of natural light. The restaurant will also be brought to life with a full entertainment programme and friendly, attentive service, immersing guests in luxury, vibrancy and hospitality of ancient Egypt.

KHOFO’s casual dining menu offers cold and hot appetisers, as well as soups, salads, stews, tajins, Mashawi, seafood and desserts. At KHOFO, guests will have the chance to taste authentic, Egyptian-inspired dishes served up in a new setting and a modern style.

In the run-up to the highly-anticipated launch of KHOFO, Atelier House Hospitality is supporting the restaurant with pre-opening services including financial feasibility, hiring, procurement, marketing and menu development and engineering. The company will also provide operational services once KHOFO has opened its doors to the public.
