Middle Eastern retail conglomerate AZADEA Group has announced 11 new store openings in Kuwait-based Tamdeen Group’s Al Kout Mall. The new stores bring AZADEA Group’s footprint to 76 stores across Kuwait, covering 344,445 sqft of total space.

In Kuwait, Al Kout Mall has been billed as the country’s largest waterfront retail and leisure destination, featuring contemporary spaces with modern Arabic design. AZADEA Group’s stores at Al Kout Mall include ZARA, Zara Home, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Uterqüe, Oysho, Calzedonia, Sunglass Hut, IAM and KIKO Milano.

“AZADEA’s expansion strategy remains on track. The brands that we bring to the market deliver a differentiated retail experience for our customers, and our latest presence in Al Kout Mall demonstrates our commitment and confidence in this region. We are seeing more malls here offer customers new lifestyle elements to enhance the retail experience – a shared value that lies at the core of AZADEA’s offering,” says Marwan Moukarzel, general manager at AZADEA Group.
