Bao Wow set to bring Asian street-food to City Walk

May 1, 2018 | By RetailME Bureau

Asian street-food concept Bao Wow is all set to open in City Walk, which can hold over 60 diners. The restaurant’s menu will incorporate traditional and modern dishes from China, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan.

Chef Stefan Niermann will lead the kitchen team with his unique approach to Asian-style cooking. Bao Wao’s vibrant presentation is reflected in the restaurant’s colourful environment, shaped by Dubai-based graffiti artist Ramy Elzaghawy. The interior boasts an eclectic mix of urban and trendy infused touches, with leather booths and Chinese lanterns being beautifully welded together.

What’s more, colourfully presented dishes are served in steamed baskets and on acrylic plates, both, bringing modern design and old-style customs to life in equal measure.
