Dubai-based bespoke luxury menswear brand, Benjamin Siggers has announced the launch of its inaugural trunk show, from June 12, 2019 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Hosted in partnership with Italian fabric masters, Drago Lanifici and Tessitura Monti, guests are invited by appointment to discover the luxury bespoke menswear tailor and its latest collection of Italian fabrics, including a limited selection exclusive to the trunk show.

During the week-long trunk show, the Benjamin Siggers’ founders – Matthew Benjamin and James Siggers – will personally measure guests for customised Benjamin Siggers garments, including the brand’s range of tailored suits, jackets, trousers and shirts. Furthermore, guests will enjoy a 20-30% discount and an exclusive AED500 gift to spend on the collection.

“We offer a made-to-measure and bespoke visiting tailoring service, whereby we visit clients in the convenience of their office or home. We work with a wide selection of the top executives in the UAE and it is, therefore, important that we provide our busy and successful clientele with fabric options that not only look good but travel and perform well. Working with sustainable materials and partnering with manufacturers and suppliers that adhere to humanitarian standards is one of the most valued objectives at Benjamin Siggers, and one that is shared with Drago Lanificio and Tessitura Monti,” said Benjamin.

“We are delighted to collaborate with Benjamin Siggers, a partner of absolute excellence, for the inaugural trunk show, incorporating style and elegance. The event highlights the characteristics that unite our two brands, being ever heedful in the research, design and overall quality of the products created,” added Paolo Drago, CEO and owner, Drago Spa.

“We are pleased to share and support Benjamin Siggers’ vision, enhancing the values of exceptional quality clothing production. Gruppo Tessile Monti’s global-minded approach is founded on the principles of responsibility, quality and innovation. Thus, advanced production processes connected to the constant use of top-quality raw materials allow us to offer shirting-fabrics matching refined aesthetics along with comfort, all with excellent performance. A modern lifestyle consumer will pick from the likes of the 100% organic cotton and linen collections, the travel shirting series (wrinkle-free fabrics) and the range with thermoregulation properties, all of which is further elevated by eco-friendly dyeing and finishing granted with International certifications,” stated Sebastiano Musso, head of marketing and projects at Tessitura Monti.

“Specialising in lightweight, soft-shouldered, fully canvassed, handmade, bespoke menswear, with a focus on quality and sustainability, our goal is to make our clients look good, feel good, while doing good. We chose to have our suits, shirts and ties made in Italy by skilled artisans as it embodies luxury craftsmanship. Our other key point of difference is that we are visiting tailors, so unlike a traditional tailor or retail brand, we visit our clients in their homes or offices to save time and add convenience. Therefore, we don’t have to incorporate the overhead of retail space into our pricing and are able to offer greater value, as a higher proportion of our clients spend is going towards the quality of our garments,” concluded Siggers.
