Committed to strengthening its regional presence, Bloomingdale’s Middle East has announced the launch of its e-commerce platform. Having launched its first store at The Dubai Mall in 2010, followed by its second location at 360 Mall in Kuwait, 2020 marks a new chapter for Bloomingdale’s in the Middle East as the brand launches the region’s first, dedicated omnichannel department store experience.
The new platform further expands the brand’s presence into Saudi Arabia, in addition to catering to existing brand lovers with same-day delivery within the UAE and express shipping to Kuwait and KSA. Customers within the UAE and Kuwait can skip the wait and enjoy a two-hour click and collect from the respective stores. Free exchanges and refunds can be processed across all markets – either in-store or via the automated process on the website.

As Bloomingdale’s Middle East offers an omnichannel shopping experience, coinciding with the launch of the online platform, the brand has also introduced an iOS app for the region, offering its audience easy-access to their favourite brands right at their fingertips.
Showcasing an array of the most coveted brands including niche regional labels as well as renowned global names, the online platform replicates the store’s multi-category shopping experience. The e-commerce website unveils an extensive selection of womenswear, menswear, kids wear, beauty, fine jewellery and home essentials, promising a seamless and 360 retail journey for all shopping and gifting needs.
