Chef Izu Ani’s latest dining venture carine has opened at the Emirates Golf Club. carine offers a mouth-watering selection of French Mediterranean inspired dishes and unique cocktails.

carine comes as a fresh and trendy addition to the fast-paced ever-evolving Dubai dining scene. With a combination of thoughtfully sourced ingredients and expertly executed dishes, carine is a space that encourages diners to relax and unwind, spending hours with family and friends whilst enjoying outstanding food.

Centrally located at the Emirates Golf Club with modern décor and an unpretentious French charm, carine offers an atmosphere that is sunny and bright enhanced by welcoming service. It also offers an expansive terrace doling out fabulous views of the golf course framed by Dubai’s famous skyline. It is a light, bright inviting venue with floor-to-ceiling windows ensuring that indoor diners can also take advantage of the stunning views.

Having already created a name for himself with the success of The Lighthouse, La Serre and La Petite Maison and Izu Brasserie & Bakery, the chef has now opened carine as a tribute to his wife Carine. This is where the personal touch comes in. The restaurant is filled with all of Carine’s personal favourites from freshly baked breads inspired by the bakery she used to work in in Northern France, to her own homemade plum and apple jam, to Mediterranean specialities and of course the desserts.

What’s more, unique mixology offers region-specific cocktails incorporating special selections of herbs, shrubs and bitters for special cocktail-paired dinners.
