The Kuwait Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates (KuwaitBC) and Dubai SME have joined hands for the #CelebrateKuwait Festival, which will take place on March 9 at Rise Dubai Creek Harbour.

With over 25 surprises and events lined up, the festival will be held in partnership with Emaar Properties and Gastronomica Slider Station, one of the restaurant chains in the GCC. In addition, young Kuwaiti talents and businesses as well as selected members of Dubai SME will participate at the festival.

Commenting on the festival, Luma Jasim Bourisly, KuwaitBC’s board member and chairwoman of the organising committee, says, “We are pleased to have Dubai SME at the #CelebrateKuwait festival as a strategic partner as this provides an opportunity to learn about the talents and ingenuity of our fellow Emirati entrepreneurs. This partnership comes as part of the MoU signed between the KuwaitBC and Dubai SME last December, with the aim of promoting cooperation between entrepreneurs and organising joint events to empower entrepreneurial youth in the two countries.”

“We welcome visitors who want to enjoy the performances of the Kuwaiti talents, arts and food, and we promise them a unique cultural experience that will remain in the memories of all family members from different nationalities,” she adds.

“Dubai SME is pleased to be partners with KuwaitBC as we seek to bring the entrepreneurial and business community across the region together. Such partnerships provide valuable opportunities for sharing ideas, developing entrepreneurial initiatives and promoting an entrepreneurial culture across the region,” states Saeed Matar Al Marri, deputy CEO of Dubai SME.
