Chateau Blanc opens on Jumeirah Beach Road

September 24, 2017 | By RetailME Bureau

Chateau Blanc, a patisserie specialising in bespoke, custom-made cakes and desserts opened its first venture in the Middle East, located on Jumeirah Beach Road.

The concept is the brainchild of chef Lal De Silva who started his career in Australia and moved on to working at the Four Seasons, Indonesia, before launching his family-owned establishment, The Harvest. Chateau Blanc is a new brand for the region, envisioned as a one-stop-shop for gifting and self-indulgence; through the store, the brothers want to adapt their father’s vision specifically for the luxurious and refined tastes of UAE market.

Guests can browse an array of delightful French delicacies made from fine ingredients, meticulously designed and made using artisan techniques daily on the premises, to be enjoyed in the venue, or to take-away. As the weather cools, guests can also enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the spacious terrace with expansive views over the Dubai cityscape.

With over 50 outlets across Indonesia, this is the family’s first venture abroad. The philosophy behind Chateau Blanc is to procure the world’s finest and highest quality ingredients available in each and every product on offer. The team of artists and bakers, located above the main restaurant area, masterfully blend various ingredients and flavour profiles together for a truly unique and enchantingly delicious experience.

Chateau Blanc is committed towards going the extra mile on fulfilling any personal customer requests, whatever it may be. Clients are encouraged to test the skills of the team with bespoke orders, allowing the team to let their imaginations run riot with 3D designs that reflect the latest cultural and seasonal trends.

“We are incredibly excited to bring our passion for delivering the finest in bespoke and classic patisserie to this region. It’s a proud moment for our father to see his vision come to life through us, his sons and we plan to take his dreams forward and satisfy every dessert lover’s cravings through bespoke, world-class quality products and memorable dessert inspired experiences. The Middle East is a diverse and welcoming market, with a population who enjoy the finer things in life. We cannot wait to serve our UAE guests with our signature hospitality to leave each with a sweet, lasting memory. For us, that’s the special appeal of Chateau Blanc and what drives us forward,” says co-owners Dylan and Kyle De Silva.
