Circle K announces ME expansion plan

Convenience store operator Circle K plans to open 55 new branches across the Middle East in 2015. This move comes in line with the company’s plan to expand foothold and offer enhanced services to its growing customer-base in the region.

The company aims to open 28 new outlets in the UAE alone between Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other nearby emirates. These planned branches are expected to complement the Circle Ks existing 38 outlets across the UAE.

“We are looking towards 2015 with high spirits and an upbeat attitude that gives us the confidence to plan the opening of 55 more branches across the whole region,” reveals CEO Circle K Arabia Fahmi Al Shawa. “In fact, we have already set our sights on 28 new outlets in the UAE alone, which in turn will help reinforce the presence of 38 of our branches here in the country.”
