Dubai’s creative cluster, Dubai Design District (d3) has announced its first-ever Restaurant Week, scheduled to run from June 30 to July 6, 2019. The Restaurant Week will celebrate the collective of independent chefs, cafés and restaurants that make d3 a truly unique district.
The event will feature a global range of cuisines and handpicked menu options across eclectic in house spaces. Among the participating restaurants are The Lighthouse, Akibadori, Molecule, Chez Charles, Larte, Frame, One Life and Mohalla. These eight eateries will offer a special edition one-off menu that brings together secret dishes that have never been tried before, created by the in-house chefs of each venue.
“d3’s first-ever Restaurant Week will shine the spotlight on many of the great dining options we have at the district. It will allow visitors to come and try exclusive dishes created by the in-house chefs whilst enjoying the surrounding creative community. We hope this initiative further emphasises d3’s position as a destination for design,” says Khadija Al Bastaki, executive director, d3.
