UAE-based Danube Fashion, a division of Danube Group, celebrated the success of Tudors, a brand that offers a range of shirts and accessories.

The events, held on June 2 at Dalma Mall Abu Dhabi and City Centre Al Shindagha in Dubai, were attended by Mustafa Levent Bilgen, Turkish ambassdor to UAE; Erdinc Erbay, commercial attache for Turkish embassy in Abu Dhabi; Serdar Fuat Kumbaracı, commercial attache for Turkish embassy in Dubai; along with Yasar Ayaydin, owner, Tudors; Adel Sajan, director, Danube Group; Bhupinder Singh, GM, Dalma Mall; and other guests from Turkey and the UAE.

Currently, Danube Fashion operates six Tudors stores in the UAE and the number is expected reach 10 by end of 2016.

“Danube have always championed affordability without compromising on quality, and once again with Tudors we plan to do exactly that and redefine the men’s clothing segment. The brand equity and good synergy that we share with Tudors were the most important factors, which led to this grand alliance. It has been a satisfying journey for everyone so far, in terms of a loyal customer base and operational capabilities,” says Sajan.

“Tudors is named after the well-known dynasty that ruled England and its realms for a long time. The idea was to start a legacy and here we are, two years since inception and already present in 10 countries. We plan to add 30 more countries as store locations within the next two years through franchising. It was great to be associated with Danube and we look forward to enrich this partnership with customer loyalty and trust within the region,” adds Ayaydin.
