The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to encourage people to do 30 minutes of exercise a day, for 30 days.

The DDF run was held on Burj Al Arab jogging path, with Salah Tahlak, executive vice president for Corporate Services heading up the running team. He was joined by Kumar Ananthan, vice president – Finance and Zayed Al Shebli, vice president – Loss Prevention and Corporate Security.

Commenting on the success of its first corporate activity, Tahlak says, “It was a fantastic event in a great location and I am delighted to see a lot of DDF participants joined me in this great initiative by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.”

The 7.5 km run is one of the five corporate fitness activities from DDF for the Dubai Fitness Challenge which includes a cycling event at DxBike Track on November 3 to be headed by Michael Schmidt, senior vice president – Retail Support.
