Deerfields Mall relaunches Farmers Market in Abu Dhabi

December 30, 2021 | By RetailME Bureau

Deerfields Mall, Abu Dhabi’s  community mall, has relaunched its Farmers Market running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 31 March 2022. Back after a 24-month hiatus, the Farmers Market enables more than 20 local farmers to showcase their homegrown produce and interact directly with consumers. The market, in Deerfields’ newly renovated garden area, also provides a platform to local artisans to retail their carefully created handicrafts and accessories.

To celebrate the relaunch of the market, children can also enjoy exciting activities, fun-filled games with giant bouncy castles until January 31st and indulge in live entertainment on 31st December 2021 and 01st January 2022. “We’re extremely excited to be bringing back the Farmers Market after its success in 2019. As a mall situated in the heart of the Deerfields community we pride ourselves on developing initiatives that engage the residents of surrounding areas as well as giving back to those who continue to serve us and Abu Dhabi,” said Mohammed Al Haj, CEO of Deerfields Mall. “Locally grown and sourced products are important to Abu Dhabi’s sustainability goals, and we are grateful we can play a role with the Famers Market. We look forward to seeing everyone there.”

The Farmers Market will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm – 10pm. For further information, mall visitors are advised to visit www.deerfieldsmall.com/ for details.
