Deliveroo expands into Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Free Zone

UK-based food delivery service Deliveroo has launched the next phase of its Dubai expansion. In response to high demand for continued growth, Deliveroo has introduced services to two new key delivery zones – Discovery Gardens and Jebel Ali Free Zone.

The opening of the new zones enables Deliveroo to bring great food from partner restaurants to a whole new set of customers who will now be able to order from favourites such as Pizza Express, Taqado and Tim Hortons.

Continuing the momentum of successful launches in other areas of Dubai, Deliveroo seeks to bring on new exclusive partners, new users and great service experiences to the wider Dubai community. Deliveroo’s decision to expand into the new areas was due to the area’s many attributes – strategic location, current delivery capacity and clear demand from the local communities.

“The Deliveroo expansion into Discovery Gardens and Jebel Ali Free Zone reconfirms our commitment for a long lasting relationship with our customers in Dubai. We believe the expansion of Deliveroo into these new areas will continue to set standards in terms of our ability to bring better selection and faster delivery to new customers in the UAE,” says Anis Harb, general manager, Deliveroo UAE.

Deliveroo recently launched services in Abu Dhabi and has successfully secured exclusive partnerships with local favourites such as Jazz@Pizza Express, Café Bateel, Cinnabon, Magnolia Bakery, Hanoi and Taqado. It has further expansion planned in the coming months and a growing roster of premium partner restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
