DM-Drogerie Markt to expand online

German health and beauty operator DM-Drogerie Markt plans to expand online with a transactional e-commerce site. It will offer its private-label range, providing additional product information on its product line.

The retailer will offer home delivery and click-and-collect facilities.

“With our online shop we open to our customers a new DM-Markt, which in Germany is easily accessible anytime, anywhere,” says chairman Erich Harsch.  “We want to give people who do not have a DM-Markt in their area or have no time to shop during the opening times the opportunity to shop with us.”
