Dubai Festival City Mall – an Al-Futtaim property – continues to enhance its offering with over 76,000 sqft of new retail space planned to be occupied by the end of 2019.

The shopping mall is adding 17 new stores covering a range of offerings from fashion, beauty, accessories to home and leisure all set to open in December, which will further strengthen Dubai Festival City Mall’s existing 400-strong retail collection.

The announcement of the 17 new stores comes at the same time as upgrade works are being done on Festival Bay and the VIP Valet Entrance, which are also expected to be complete by end of December 2019. The retailers planning to launch or expanding presence at Dubai Festival City Mall by the end of 2019 include Al Jaber Optical, B&G, Bomb Cosmetics, Booktopia, Farada Milano, Fighter Gifts, Ixora, Jawhara Boutique, La Zotti, L’Imperatore, Miniso, Nike, Option Fashion, Oud Milano, PAN Emirates, Sanabel Al Salam and Sweety Shawarma.

In addition, from April 2020 a healthcare facility by Al-Futtaim, accompanied by a HealthHub Pharmacy will also open in Dubai Festival City Mall.

“We are focused on consistently offering diverse, unique and innovative experiences to our customers through new concept retail and we continue to work hand-in-hand with renowned international and local brands to meet this promise. 2019 has been a successful year for us as retailers continue to believe in Dubai Festival City Mall and invest in our project as partners. Closing the year with the occupancy of such a significant amount of new retail space reflects our commitment to customers and ambition to excel to cater to their needs,” said Steven Cleaver, director – shopping centres Dubai, Al-Futtaim Malls.
