Dubai Festival City Mall and Dubai-based Landmark Group have signed a strategic deal that will see the latter launch a number of its major brands in the mall. Landmark Group will anchor the mall with over 100,000 sqft of retail space spread across two floors and add its own unique brands Centrepoint, Max and Emax to the malls current offering, with other brands being added in the future. The Group’s brands have strong loyalty amongst customer in the region and will add sizeable footfall to the new extension of Dubai Festival City Mall.

“We are very pleased to have Landmark Group on board and look forward to hosting their flagship stores at Dubai Festival City Mall. As we have embarked on a game-changing transformational journey our plan is to further grow and streamline our retail mix in a changing market in order to complement the mall’s appeal as a uniquely located shopping, leisure and entertainment destination that is attractive and appealing to residents living in the UAE as well as visitors who come to Dubai to enjoy the city’s vibrant lifestyle,” says Murray Bell, managing director, retail, Al Futtaim Group Real Estate.

“Dubai Festival City Mall is an important shopping destination. Through our presence in the mall we will be able to cater to a large, captive, loyalist shopper base within the community. We believe that this partnership will expand our brand presence in Dubai and will impact our business goals positively,” adds Manu Jeswani, director, Landmark Group.
