Dubai to have a new Apple store expected to open in February next year. Earlier this year, Apple confirmed plans to open a store in the region.

The new store in Mall of the Emirates is expected to be its biggest outlet in the world, bigger than its current flagship outlet – the 23,000 sqft Grand Central Store in New York.

In February this year Apple CEO Tim Cook visited the UAE to meet His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, as well as a number of Apple resellers.
