Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) Retail, the retail business of ENOC, has been awarded the ISO 31000 standard for risk management, ISO 10002 standard for customer satisfaction & complaints management and has extended the scope of its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & HACCP certifications for quality, environment, occupational health & safety, food safety and other key parameters.

“These landmark certifications are a testament to ENOC Retail’s focus on adopting and implementing global standards and best practices to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and integrity in its day-to-day operations. These certifications will further strengthen our credibility among our customers and partners, defining our unwavering commitment to quality,” says Burhan Al Hashemi, ENOC’s managing director of retail.

The certifications were secured following the implementation of several path-breaking procedures and systems based on international models. “This in turn has contributed to our bottom-line with ENOC Retail recording strong performance across all touch-points last year,” he explains. “We are committed to further enhancing the standards of excellence across all our operations in line with Dubai government’s vision to promote quality, sustainability and innovation, thus leading to customer satisfaction.”
