From one-of-a-kind retail pop-ups to shoe collections inspired by cutting-edge art, there’s a host of fashion events, offers and new collections, ensuring shoppers are in for a treat
Nammos at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai is currently hosting a one of a kind 3D printed pop-up shop by Dior, which will run until March 2022. Created using 3D printed designs, built from locally sourced clay, this concept store combines futuristic elements with high-tech flair. The luxurious boutique – Riviera Dior – features a host of Dior products in a stunning and is another addition to Dubai’s must-visit places.
Dubai Watch Week is back at DIFC! This biennial event not only showcases the best in current watch trends, but provides a platform for knowledge sharing and networking as well as celebrates the best in horology. This year’s edition will tap into activations and programmes that intersect the world of luxury and horology including talks featuring speakers from art, fashion, technology, watchmaking as well as unique and one of a kind experiences. It will run from Wednesday, 24 November to Sunday, 28 November.
Those going to Expo 2020 should drop by the Cartier Women’s Pavilion taking place until March 2022, which embraces female change-makers from around the world, all with Cartier’s timeless sense of style. The project, which has taken three years in the making, is designed to highlight the contribution women make to society, the space will shine a light on change-makers, female empowerment and gender equality. Also celebrating Expo 2020 is Level Shoes, which has teamed with renowned artist Rami Afifi to create a series of striking window installations and bag tags. Art (and fashion) lovers who are in The Dubai Mall until 31 December should definitely not miss this.
Meanwhile streetwear brand Puma has launched its Infuse and Cruise Rider collections. Puma has long been known for its playfully cool trainers and this collection is no exception, with a range of original, show-stopping designs for both men and women. Another outlet, Bloomingdale’s in The Dubai Mall has launched its Fall/Winter collection. From clothing and home accessories to the best in shoes, jewellery and beauty products, Bloomingdale’s has something for everyone. The new FENDI kidswear collection is out now at Angels Atlantis with a range of beautiful items to suit all ages and tastes. Even better, every item sold raises AED 15 for their partner charities around the world. Watch fans should head over to City Centre Mirdif, where Time Valle has a pop-up shop selling five of the world’s best watch brands: Piaget, IWC, Panerai, Jaeger Lecoultre and Baume Mercier. This one-of-a-kind pop-up is open until February 2022.
