Fitness First Middle East – part of the Landmark Group – has announced major expansion plans across the GCC, with the opening of 10 unique clubs in 2020. The announcement comes close on heels with its opening at The Palm club in Nakheel Mall.

The first of the 10 new clubs are due to open in April at Marina Gate, Dubai, and will be the brand’s 33rd club in the UAE and 23rd in Dubai. Other new locations include Silicon Oasis and The Meadows in Dubai; Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi; Al Zahia in Sharjah; City Centre Ajman; and City Centre Bahrain and Oasis Mall in Bahrain. Current clubs in Dubai Festival City and Sahara Centre in Sharjah will also be relocated with brand new and improved concept clubs set to replace them.

Fitness First Middle East aims to expand its regional footprint across strategic locations, ensuring communities have more access to fitness innovation and programmes within a 5-minute commute from communities in each of its market. The expansion will also welcome Fitness First’s Good Vibes app, a new member-exclusive lifestyle rewards programme.

“Our strategic expansion plans have been developed with ingenuity, to ensure that we are spearheading innovation in the fitness industry across the Middle East. With the opening of our 10 unique clubs, we are elated that our continued regional growth is being embraced by people across the region with one objective in mind – to provide the best fitness and lifestyle experiences possible to each and every member, helping them to Go Further in fitness and in life,” says George Flooks, CEO of Fitness First Middle East.

Currently, Fitness First Middle East has more than 57 clubs across 49 locations, in 6 countries including the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
