All hotels and restaurants have been directed to temporarily hold entertainment activities starting January 21st until further notice.
The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) said that the measures were being put in place as a result of an increase in the number of violations during entertainment activities in hotels and restaurants.
“The department will continue to assess the new situation with the health authorities”, DTCM said in its notice.
This means that live bands, DJs, concerts, and other entertainment will now not be permitted in the hotels and restaurants.
