Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has announced a partnership with award-winning Italian restaurant group San Carlo to bring the legendary Italian restaurant Signor Sassi to Dubai. One of the most celebrated restaurants in London famous for exquisite yet simple Italian food Signor Sassi is getting ready to add more flavour to Dubai’s already exciting culinary scene.
Scheduled to open in 2023 at St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, Signor Sassi expects to attract a diverse clientele looking for refined Italian cuisine.

Signor Sassi has been an icon of the London culinary scene, renowned for its famous clientele, superb Italian menu and signature dishes. Signor Sassi is the latest addition to SHG’s growing portfolio. The Group continues its aggressive growth and plans to increase its operating venues to over 50 and extend its footprints to 14 countries. Another project to open soon is the internationally renowned high-end Chinese restaurant Mott 32, which has venues in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Vancouver and Las Vegas.
