tashas café partners with Dubai Cares to support children’s education

Premium café dining concept founded by Natasha Sideris tashas café has partnered with Dubai Cares, part of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) that works towards providing children and youth in developing countries with access to quality education. The partnership aims to provide nutritious meals to underprivileged children across several developing countries in support of their educational journey.

During the months of November and December 2022, customers at tashas café in Dubai can contribute to the initiative in two ways. With every purchase of a specially designed bracelet tashas will donate 15 meals to Dubai Cares’ school feeding programmes. Alternatively, donations of any amount can be made by scanning a QR Code that will be presented with the tashas menu.

Having successfully launched educational programmes reaching over 21 million beneficiaries in 60 developing countries, Dubai Cares is playing a key role in helping achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 through the design and funding of programmes that aim to be integrated, impactful, sustainable and scalable.

Through the current partnership tashas café joins the efforts on one of the key thematics of Dubai Cares – School Health and Nutrition.
