Abeer Alhashim, Co-owner, Nine Soft Serve

“As you eat your softie, you wheel back in time to the age of nine when all you cared about was the flavour of the ice-cream” – that’s the emotion Abeer Alhashim (brand Co-owner) aspired to deliver through Nine Soft Serve. And that’s what the brand has perfected since day one.

Launched in 2018 with just a single product, ice-creams, Nine Soft Serve has been winning over the hearts of consumers in the Kingdom, bringing out the child in everyone and creating happy memories. Product innovation remains at the heart of Nine Soft Serve as it continues to offer different flavours of ice-creams aligned with seasonality, ongoing trends and special occasions.

Five years ago, a journey that began with a single mobile unit in the Kingdom’s Eastern Province in 2018 has grown to five units, currently, in prime locations in Khobar and Riyadh. Looking ahead, Nine Soft Serve plans to continue to steadily build its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
