French hypermarket chain Géant is celebrating its 10th anniversary in the UAE by offering shoppers rewards and a range of experience enhancing activities. The ‘Experience the world at Géant’ shopping promotion has been launched at Géant hypermarkets in Dubai (Ibn Battuta Mall), Abu Dhabi (Yas Mall) and Al Ain (Hili Mall) and will run until May 30 with value offers on a variety of fresh food and other produce, as well as the opportunity to win a year’s housing rent and family holiday packages to exotic destinations.

During the promotion period, Géant shoppers, who spend AED 200, stand a chance to win numerous prizes, including family holidays to exotic destinations like New York, London, Paris, Kerala and Dubai, and up to AED 100,000 towards housing rent.

“With Géant currently on an expansion mode that includes the opening of new hypermarkets in Fujairah and Dragon Mart in Dubai, we clearly recognise the importance of giving our customers a fantastic shopping experience that meets their ever-changing expectations. Our customers come from all over the world in a true reflection of the multicultural and cosmopolitan nature of the UAE. As they are often looking for something that is native to their respective countries, Géant is dedicating its 10th anniversary to all its customers by offering them a world of choices,” says Yvan Baba, country head for Géant in the UAE.

“As a hypermarket that has become a family favourite destination, Géant is promising shoppers 17 days of amazing celebrations, giving them greater value and the opportunity to win big. Indeed, we will be offering the best for everyone – be it shopping, rewards or entertainment. An exciting line-up of fun activities for the whole family will create a carnival-like ambience at our hypermarkets and combined with the fantastic promotions, special offers and bargains on a wide range of merchandise, our 10th anniversary celebrations will enrich the shopping experience of all our customers.”
