GRK Fresh Greek opens at BurJuman

GRK Fresh Greek has opened a second restaurant at BurJuman Centre in Dubai after the maiden outlet at Majid Al Futtaim’s City Centre Me’aisem. Spread across 3,000 sqft, the second GRK restaurant offers seating arrangement, indoor and outdoor, for over 100 people.

Dubai-based retail conglomerate Landmark Group’s food and beverage division Foodmark launched the first GRK Fresh Greek outlet outside of the US.

The restaurant sources high quality products from Greece – including extra virgin olive oil, pure and natural Greek honey and Greek yogurt, meats, fresh salads, herbs and spices – to offer an authentic dining experience. It is a blend of new and old, offering the highest quality Greek food – such as yeero, tzatziki sauce and salted caramel baklava cheesecake, among others – with a menu comprising fresh, tasty and customisable dishes.

“We are pioneering Greek urban food in the fast casual segment of Dubai and are proud to be expanding the GRK group of restaurants in the region with the addition of our second opening in BurJuman Centre. GRK has proven to be a strong brand within the fast casual segment, making a lot of sense to seek expansion in a prominent location, with a wider client base,” says Andres Gonzalez, general manager of fast casual division at Foodmark.
