Gulf Bagel Factory expands distribution to Spinneys and Waitrose across Dubai

Gulf Bagel Factory, manufacturer of authentic New York style bagels and breads, has recently expanded its distribution to include Waitrose and Spinneys supermarkets across all their Dubai stores.

The stores will carry four bagel flavours including plain, sesame, pro-protein and wholemeal. The Gulf Bagel Factory’s recent agreement is in line with their on-going strategy to continue facilitating accessibility to their products to everyday consumers.

“Since our launch, our vision has been to be in retail supermarkets and to be synonymous with great quality. As a local producer of bread products, which are free from any kind of preservatives or artificial flavouring, we offer significant advantages to our B2B clients by enabling them to provide our authentic, freshly-made bagels to their customers,” says Christopher Gauci, general manager, Gulf Bagel Factory.

Since the company’s establishment in 2014, the team at Gulf Bagel Factory have been investing in state-of-the-art baking and freezing equipment, while sourcing the best local and international fresh ingredients. Carefully planned and executed, each bagel undergoes a strict and authentic production process. The 100% preservative-free mixture is kettle-boiled and then baked to perfection, before being shock-frozen at between -18 and -40 degrees Celsius. It is this authentic process, taking not less than 18 hours, which enables previously-frozen bagels to taste freshly baked and ready for customers to enjoy.
