Hillhouse Brasserie is now open

The newest venue in the JRG Dubai portfolio, Hillhouse Brasserie is now open at Dubai Hills Golf Club, offering stunning views of the city’s skyline.

The brainchild of the team behind iconic brands The Ivy and Rivington Grill, the new Hillhouse Brasserie is nestled among the leafy suburbs of Dubai Hills Golf Club serving up international classic dishes with a twist.

The second JRG Dubai outlet to open in Dubai Hills, Hillhouse Brasserie follows hot-on-the-heels of eclectic country-style gastropub The Duck Hook, which is already proving popular among golfers and spectators alike. The two venues are the latest additions to JRG Dubai’s growing portfolio, including the likes of Pierchic, Pai Thai, Trattoria Toscana, The Noodle House and Flow.

Welcoming diners with its homely, residential feel that boasts vaulted ceilings and expansive bifold floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering an outside-in ambience, the Hillhouse Brasserie decor reflects the cosmopolitan style of Dubai with contemporary architecture and strong art deco references to boot.

Offering stunning views of the golf course greens and uninterrupted vistas of Dubai’s cityscape, Hillhouse Brasserie’s expansive terrace makes for the perfect setting to enjoy an al fresco meal during the cooler winter months. The family-friendly venue is home to a kid’s playground with various activities on offer throughout the day, while a special children’s menu will keep little ones happy and stomachs content.

“We wanted to create an upmarket yet casual venue that suits golfers and families alike. While Hillhouse Brasserie has a relaxed vibe, we haven’t forgotten the exceptional attention to detail – from dining to décor – our loyal customers love about JRG Dubai brands. We are also continuing to lead the change in terms of sustainability in the food and beverage sector. Hillhouse Brasserie is plastic-free and uses recyclable packaging and filtered water,” says Emma Banks, managing director of JRG Dubai.
