HOLA! Dubai’s Latin fruit bar at La Mer

January 31, 2018 | By RetailME Bureau

Inspired by vibrant Latin American flair, HOLA – which means ‘hello’ in Spanish – is the latest addition to the beachfront development, La Mer.

HOLA is an energetic, modern and innovative Latin fruit bar offering an exotic selection of fruit-based delicacies. It is the brainchild of Emirati brothers Ali and Yousef Karmostaji – a concept born as a result of Ali’s frequent visits to Latin America. Inspired by the passionate fruit street vendors in Mexico, the vision was to bring this authentic fruit experience to Dubai.

A perfect match to the continuous Dubai heat and beachfront location, HOLA’s interiors are reminiscent of a live and vivid Latin American ambience with contemporary rustic accents, wooden details and patterned ceramics.

HOLA’s thoughtfully crafted menu entirely revolves around fruit-based dishes, creating a refreshing, flavourful and eclectic food offering. Serving the freshest, seasonal produce straight from its source, HOLA houses an ingenious menu showcasing authentic Paletas made of tasty fruits, ice cream filled Crepas, Mango Flower on a stick, Teppanyaki style ice-cream rolls and Fruteros, which are delicately prepared fruit bowls featuring handpicked ingredients. In addition, there is a variety of freshly squeezed juices, called Cocteles, and made to order Smoothies.
