Home-grown chef-led QSR concept Max’s All About Chicken, which operates four outlets across Dubai and Sharjah, is aiming to triple that figure in the UAE by 2020. The brand, conceptualised by Foodmark – part of Landmark Group – in Dubai and Max’s Group Inc., opened two more outlets in Mall of the Emirates and Sahara Center this summer.

“Since we opened our first Max’s All About Chicken outlet in City Centre Deira in 2016, we haven’t looked back. The brand identity has been clearly defined and our product range expanded to reflect varied audiences and changing palates and we will continue to innovate as we drive the brand’s growth across the UAE,” said Rakshak Puri, head of operations – casual dining & QSR, Foodmark. “Add to this the value we promise and you have a winning combination. Sales remain buoyant in all outlets. Our aim is to sustain this momentum here in the UAE and use it to buoy our expansion.”

With the successful roll out of the brand in the UAE, Max’s Group Inc. has plans to take the brand to other markets as well.

As the name suggests, Max’s All About Chicken is a chef-led concept specialising in 24-hour marinated, char-grilled chicken.

“When you take the world’s most popular protein and add authentic flavours made with the best ingredients, you can’t go wrong. Great food, great service and value for money all in one place is what makes Max’s All About Chicken a popular choice for diners of all ages,” added Enrique Suarez Jr., executive chef for Foodmark, Landmark Group.

For added convenience, Max’s All About Chicken also offers delivery and take-out directly from the outlets in City Centre Deira, Ibn Batutta Mall and Sahara Centre. It is also available on all major delivery platforms including Talabat, Zomato, UberEats, Deliveroo, Careem.
