Kering Eyewear acquires Maui Jim
Kering Eyewear, part of global luxury house Kering Group, has acquired iconic sunglass brand Maui Jim. Kering Eyewear now holds more than 90% share in Maui Jim with the remaining expected to be acquired by year-end. Maui Jim is being consolidated in Kering accounts starting from October 1, 2022.

Kering Eyewear’s portfolio of 17 brands includes Danish eyewear company Lindberg, along with Gucci, Cartier, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Chloé, Alexander McQueen, Montblanc, Brioni, Dunhill, Boucheron, Pomellato, Alaïa, MCQ, Puma and now Maui Jim.
