Dubai-based Lals Group has set up the Zabeel Furniture Mall, a one-stop home and office furniture destination located in the Oud Metha area.

A first-of-its-kind concept, the mall brings together some of the leading home décor and office furnishing brands including Lals Group’s own furniture concept Homes r Us; high-end Italian luxury furniture brand Dialma Brown introduced for the first time in the UAE; office furniture and fit-out specialist Bafco; Morovski; Illumin; and 1st Avenue Café.

Spread across 125,000 sqft, of which Homes r Us occupies around 100,000 sqft, the layout of the two-story, standalone mall reflects a contemporary and rich ambience.

The Zabeel Furniture Mall was inaugurated by Sheikh Hasher Maktoum Al Maktoum in the presence of several dignitaries as well as Lals Group chairman Lal Ganwani.

Commenting on the launch, Lals Group CEO Jayant Ganwani says, “We are very happy to announce the opening of the Zabeel Furniture Mall which is a first-of-its-kind; a new and exciting concept aimed at providing over 125,000 sqft of home and office solutions under one roof. The mall marks a significant milestone in our expansion strategy for the region. Driven by our highly popular product offering and affordable pricing from our already existing retail brands, we would like to expand the concept rapidly and make its presence felt everywhere in the GCC. Future versions of the concept will hopefully see even more options in the furniture, home décor and DIY space.”

Boasting an extensive brand portfolio, each collection presents unique offerings to customers. Exhibiting varied designs from modern to classic, from oriental to ethnic, incorporating wood, leather, glass, marble and other quality materials and finishes, the Zabeel Furniture Mall caters to all tastes and a range of budgets. This offering is further enhanced by a fine selection of lighting and decorative accessories, along with a personalised home styling service.

Further at the Zabeel Furniture Mall, Home r Us has added a Homes r Us Premium collection for the first time in Dubai. “With this latest addition, we are now targeting a new market segment looking for premium furniture that is affordable too. We are really excited as this will be our 12th store to be established till date,” adds Ganwani.
