Landmark Group opens three stores at Dubai Hills Mall

Landmark Group, the Middle East’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate announced the opening of three of its flagship brands – Centrepoint, Home Centre & Max Fashion in the newly opened Dubai Hills Mall. The three brands Centrepoint, Home Centre & Max Fashion will occupy 95,000 sq ft of retail space at the newly launched Dubai Hills Mall. The new two-storey mall which opened to the public on 17th Feb consists  is a one stop destination for all your retail, F&B, entertainment, and leisure attractions.

The move is part of the Group’s plans to expand its footprint across the UAE and its retail operations being part of Dubai’s major shopping destinations.“Being closer to the customer has always been at the forefront of our businesses as we aim to deliver exceptional retail experiences. Opening anchor stores at Dubai Hills Mall further strengthens our partnership with Emaar Properties. This is in line with our strategy to not only expand our retail footprint but also to be present at key shopping destinations, where our customers are”, said Shakeel Hussain, Group Head – Property of the Landmark Group. Landmark Group’s regional retail presence now includes Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, SHOEMART, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Home Box, Emax, Shoexpress and UAE’s first food discounter -VIVA.

Located in the Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Mall is one of the biggest malls in the UAE, built by one of the UAE’s leading developers, EMAAR Properties and has been designed for visitors to enjoy retail, F&B and leisure experiences across 2 million sq. ft. The shopping mall is located at the intersection of Umm Suqeim Street and Al Khail Road, with planned Dubai Metro extension, attractive streetscapes, vibrant boulevard, marketplace and outdoor concert areas.
