Al Ghurair Centre on track with revitalisation strategy

Following the announcement of its revitalisation strategy last year, one of the UAE’s oldest shopping malls, Al Ghurair Centre has announced its new retail & F&B offerings for this year. In line with the vision to enhance and expand Al Ghurair Centre’s shopping experience, the new portfolio will see the launch of nine international and regional brands.

The ongoing strategy will sync the dining mix with the addition of the popular casual restaurant – Wingstop, serving a variety of chicken wings & sides in an aviation-themed space within the dinning district. The outdoor dining district will similarly celebrate the opening of another restaurant Yasmeen Al Sham that will offer a true traditional culinary fusion food with authentic Middle Eastern cuisine experience. The new F&B brand influx will also introduce the famous coffee chain Tim Hortons, in addition to Dairy Queen – DQ Grill & Chill known for their classic burger, signature shakes & soft-serve ice cream and Happy Lemon, the famous Chinese bubble tea brand within the district.

The upcoming retail experience will offer customers the added choice of luxury with Galerie Hindam housing some of the world’s most reputed jewellery brands such as Nina Ricci and Kenzo. The young shoppers will also be catered with the opening of Lucky kids’ shoes that specialises in kids shoes and accessories.

To further complement the mall’s retail offering, Special One gents Salon recently opened offering a comprehensive service menu, highly qualified staff, exclusive products and treatments. Along with the new brands, the second quarter will see the addition of Seif Pharmacy and Cosmetics enhancing Al Ghurair Centre’s health and beauty offering.

“Our retail expansion announcement highlights the forward-thinking and community driven vision we hold for Al Ghurair Centre. By joining efforts with these international and regional brands, we continue to evolve and enjoy a competitive edge and position as one of the flagship shopping centres within UAE. The delivery of the ‘Revitalization Strategy 2018’ is the latest milestone for Al Ghurair Centre. We aim to stand true to our reputation and legacy of consistent innovation and being relevant within the changing customer needs,” says Sami Al Hakeem, vice president – mall at Al Ghurair Centre.
