Expo 2020 Dubai to bring global cuisines together

Expo 2020 Dubai, scheduled to open on October 20, 2020, will bring together delectable cuisines from around the world in one location. There will be over 200 food and beverage (F&B) outlets across the Expo site, serving more than 50 global cuisines.

From street food and gourmet wonders, old classics and new favourites, dishes from every corner of the world will lead thrill the visitors’ taste buds as well as pockets.

What’s more globally renowned chefs will mark their presence at the Expo. Culinary tours promise to take foodies on gastronomic journeys, cutting across cultures and continents. There will be grab-and-go, healthy and affordable options too.

Further, technology will find its place in the F&B offerings, as the Expo looks to incorporate robotics, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) as part of the gastronomic experiences.

In keeping with Expo 2020 Dubai’s sustainability sub-theme, the F&B programme will be marked by ethical food sources, environmentally-conscious packaging and fair pricing policies.
