British all-day dining café and restaurant, L’ETO officially opened at The Galleria, Abu Dhabi’s premium dining destination on Al Maryah Island.

Staying true to its’ roots, the quirky main entrance of L’ETO at The Galleria features library shelves of traditional British novels which continues as a theme throughout the interior design. Upon entering, diners will be impressed by the white marble interior, charming Swarovski crystal green chandeliers and antiques, as well as the soothing green foliage and relaxing sofas ideal to lounge in over a coffee. For those wishing to savour the spectacular views of the Abu Dhabi skyline, there is an inviting outdoor area which will be perfect for al fresco dining in the cooler winter months.

“We are thrilled that the doors to our Abu Dhabi flagship are open, and that we are now serving our delicious offerings within the capital’s most sought-after dining destination. A restaurant opening is always fun and exciting, it involves a lot of hard work and is filled with challenges. Building the team, teaching new skills and finally seeing everyone working and serving together, is an amazing experience to be a part of – it is a feeling that can only be experienced, not described,” says  head chef, Carmen Landsberg.

L’ETO Abu Dhabi is a unique destination for cakes, pastries, breads, mouth-watering meals, healthy salads and hearty breakfasts. The eatery prides itself on welcoming diners from across the globe, with friendly customer service, fresh, home-made cuisine, spectacular displays of food and a flavoursome children’s menu.

L’ETO marks the continued expansion of The Dining Collection, which is at the heart of The Galleria. The restaurant will be joining family and casual cafes such as Eat Greek Kouzina, Gossip Café & Desserts, Nolu’s, Godiva Chocolatier, Café Bateel and Leopold’s of London. The fine dining restaurants include Zuma, COYA Abu Dhabi, Nusr-Et, La Petite Maison and 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant creating a truly unique collective of culinary concepts.
