Level Shoes elevates customer experience

Middle East luxury retailer Chalhoub Group’s multi-brand footwear and accessories concept, Level Shoes has elevated customer experience further by launching the ‘Stylist in Residence’ programme. The programme, which is built around adding value to the Level Shoes client journey will also redefine product selection and identify seasonal trends.

Each stylist residency will last for a period of two months and will offer customers access to the rotational resident stylist who will share expert styling advice and help them enhance their look with shoes and accessories available in store. They will also create specially curated themed edits which will be showcased inside ‘The Style Hub’, a dedicated styling atelier inside Level Shoes where they can interact with customers.

The first edit of the ‘Stylist in Residence’ programme started on June 23, when Level Shoes launched regional stylist Osama Al Chabbi as the first expert to take up residency in-store. Stylist of choice to leading regional fashion influencers, Al Chabbi has already built an impressive portfolio in just over a year of being in the industry working on numerous fashion campaigns.
